If you are still monitoring this site, you mentioned that you were looking for a set with perforations. I am a 71 year-old scavenger who spends time searching through estate sales for old stamp collections. I came across one awhile back and it has a complete set of all four with 2 each of the 10-20. They are unused and in very nice condition (though I am no expert). If you are interested, send a message to my email account.
If they are perf 12.5, then I would be interested!
